Our Founder

Sanga is a vegan subway style bar in the inner west suburb of St Peters Sydney and is a new passion project of Bhavani Baumann who Co-Founded Australia’s first Vegan Pub Bistro – The Green Lion – in 2016.

 Bhavani’s love of traditional Aussie food done vegan continues… 

 Freshly baked hot rolls with all your favourite fillings and sauces so you can build your dream sanga. A pie range with the most amazing butter pastry. Gluten Free Rolls and Salad Bowls are on the menu too!

 Sweets include a range of our house made soft style cookies, cheesecake cups and lamingtons.

 Eat in solo, with family or friends in our cool space and choose from a carefully selected Aussie “tinny” range of beers, wines and cocktails.
